We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Cash on Delivery. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system. To ensure that you don’t experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.

How long does delivery take, and how much will it cost?

3- 5 working days, there is a shipment fee that will be charged at the end of your transaction.

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

If the order is paid, order cannot be edited from the customer end. But Home Bazar will still give you the possibility to do so, by calling us on 800-BAZAR(22927) or email us on support@homebazar.com

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to track your package. You can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Track.

How do I return or exchange my order?

Making a return or exchange is easy. You have 5 days to decide whether to keep your items and we will collect from your home, work or alternative address. Simply request a returns merchandise through our customer care toll free 800-BAZAR(22927).

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

Your refund will either be issued to the original credit card used to place the order, the Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be in the original packaging. You also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded for items using our free collection service, unless your items are faulty. All food and other perishable Products sales are final and no refund will be applicable on such Products.

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
